Hi all,
I'm looking for a way for a 'power user' to be able to access administration functions to modify customer information only.
The scenario is that we have a couple of custom fields on the customer which provide information to our agents when speaking on the phone. Our Sales team need to be able to update this information, but not have full administrative access to the entire OTRS system.
Is there a way, using Roles, to configure:
- No access to create new tickets
- Ability to add notes to tickets
- Ability to run reports/statistics
- Ability to update / create new customers
I've got everything sorted except for the last point.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi!
You need to configure in SysConfig ->Framework->Edit Config Settings in Framework -> Frontend::Agent::ModuleRegistration & Edit Config Settings in Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::ModuleRegistration.
There you can specify the groups of agents who can do needed actions.
