[SOLVED] Import inventory into CMDB using .CVS file
I am new to OTRS and trying to set it up to use for our School District. We had previously keep our inventory in a Xcel Spreadsheet. How do I import our spreadsheet into CMDB? Thanks

Install the Import/Export Module
read the docu (how to, needed fields, ..)
create an Import job
format your excel according to needs(fields) in your import
save the excel as CSV
and run the import job
