I'm completely new to OTRS but i'm willing to learn it as I see potential in it!
Is there a complete manual how to set up the notifications to email?
i saw this post:

but didn't help me..anyone?
I am able to send emails if I forward the ticket to some certain email, but when I set up users I also set the correct email etc..created notifications (Event) in ticket settings to send emails to customer group users when a new ticket is created..nothing works. I might have misconfigured something or the problem lies somewhere else..
*update:
I was able to create an email ticket which was sent to the user but why can't I create a phone ticket and be able to send it to users email?

Hi aigarsa.
I'm trying more or less the same one as you, but my version is very old: 2.3.4.
I've become obtaining a notice in "System Log" saying: Sent agent 'Move' notification to '****@****', but the email never arrived!.
What's your status?
