ExtraRow in Ticketoverview small

Hi,

after trying to do it all by myself for some hours now I thought screaming for help wouldn't be that bad.

So what I want is to add a sortable row for "Responsible" in the Ticketoverviewsmall right next to the "Owner" row.

The first thing I have done is to edit the \OTRS\Kernel\Output\HTML\Standard\Ticketoverviewsmall.dtl and just added an extra row.
And then I know to get the Data for "responsible" I need to edit \OTRS\Kernel\Output\HTML\Ticketoverviewsmall.pm
but I just dont get how this works -.-.

Please let me know how I can get this working.
