So far I love the features of OTRS.

I wanted to know if there is a way to setup routing rules for a single pop3 mail account. By this I mean that I have many customers setup but all mail is being directed into a single queue.

I would like to be able to setup a rule that when mail is received to the pop acct, OTRS will look at the domain name or the full email address and filter it then process to various client support queues.

is this possible to do?
