Hello
I am new to OTRS (hello all) and wish to import my list of users, instead of manually creating them one by one.
How can OTRS 3.1.5 import my user list using ldap. We currently do not run Active Directory (AD), but if we do, how does OTRS interact with AD?

Probably you do not wish to import, but rather look up. You should search the forums and wiki for ldap help and maybe the documentation. OTRS interacts well with LDAP.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
