fetchmail stopped working

All of sudden our fetchmail has stopped working. I've tried restarting the OTRS service, but it doesn't help. If I go into Admin then manually click "fetch mail" it works fine. I'm not sure where to look to fix the automatic function that was working before.

Anyone able to point me in the right direction?

cron jobs running?
error messages in the OTRS log?

Cron jobs is running, and the log is clear.

another postmastermail process running?

I get same problem, there is only one process(auto reply email account) working, I have to manually click "Fetch mail" to get the mails...
anybody can help with it?
