I’m not really find a step by step document to SLA settings. At the moment I have these problems - could anybody help me?
I did our first service app. a month ago I added two new ones today, but when I open a ticket (as an agent) and I want to change service and/or SLA (free fields) I can select only the old one. Have you got any idea what did I forget? (I add 2 valid service, and I created 2 new SLA too - I know this is not mandatory, but I need them).
Which is worst when I try to add a new phone ticket I can’t select none of them (neither the old one nor the newer ones).
