create simple report ..

I need to create a simple, or think at least its simple report ..
i need to have in the x-axis the agents and on the y-axis the nº of tickets they anwsered .. the closed successfully and unsuccessfully and the avarege time they spend ...


first i dont know what fields to use .. after that the time gives me for exemple "-123347h00m"



any help please ...
