Hello OTRSers,
I love OTRS and finally my supervisor directed me to set it up. However we need to have two different types of dynamic fields. They can be based off either queue or service or type. Some of the posts I have read have indicated that this is not possible without purchasing support. Is this correct? I have been reading and experimenting and I am at that point where I am ready to just create a single page.
