I had initialy installed OTRS on an Ubuntu server and it has accumulated data for a few months.
Yesterday, I installed OTRS on a Cent OS (Red Hat copy) server. Installation works fine but has no data or agents configured.
If I create a backup on the Ubuntu server and try to restore it on the Cent OS, will the migration work?
I see that in Ubuntu, the http service is called apache2 and in Cent OS it is called httpd.
Back up on Ubuntu and restore it on Cent OS: Will it work?
