Hello,
Just trying out OTRS here, version 3.1.3, Ubuntu server x64.
After some time trying it out, im quite satisfied, but a few things are still bugging me...
One of them is, that i cannot find anything how i can add more tables to show in the Overview/Dashboard. Like for example State and Priority of tickets would be pretty essential for us. But also owner.
Do we need ITSM or is that possible in the standard OTRS without any addons?
Sometimes u gotta click through too many tickets, just to find out if there is soemthing to do there, or if someone else is the owner. Or if the ticket is "pending" or waiting state, or something like that.
Then the number of rows to set is 35, if u have more tickets than that, u gotta click 1,2,3... below. Thats also pretty nasty. Cant i set it to.. like 150 somehow?

I would also like to know if and how this could be done. 35 isn't enough for me, especially in the CMDB.

I also want to show more then 25 tickets in dashboard. Can you point me in the right way what your solutions was?

I was able to increase the number of shown tickets for some views. For instance: PreferencesGroups###TicketOverviewSmallPageShown. Just add another number under "Data".
