Hi friends
I've 2 agent and 2 service. I want to link service to the agent. Ex: when the customer select service 1, only agent 1 see this ticket. And selecting service 2. only agent 2 see this ticket! So how can i do? Help me!

You should be using Queues for this.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
