I wanted to add some js to the outbound and inbound phone views on the agent side but when I go looking for the .dtl files I cannot find them. I'm looking in /Output/HTML/Standard. I see when I go to /Kernal/Modules then I have the .pm files for outbound and inbound.
Am I missing AgentTicketPhoneOutbound.dtl and AgentTicketPhoneInbound.dtl? Or have those been replaced by some other kind of file?
I've attached screens of where I thought I should find it and what I find and where I do see the .pm files.
