Hi all,
I was hoping someone could explain to me a little bit about how the Out Of Office feature in the Agent preferences works in OTRS. I looked through the manual but there was very little there?
My main question is - if an agent is marked as out-of-office what will happen to their current tickets? Also, will they be allowed still as an option for Owner?

Testing, and would you look at that it tells you on the owner list that they are marked as out of office. How neat.
Does anyone know if it is possible to set the out of office time for certain times, not just dates? We often have people who work half days.
