Agente Dashboard costumization

hi, i am new to the otrs and i need some help plz!

is it possible to change a cell color in the agent dashbord acording to te time value... i managed to change the cell background color of in the intire colum.. i just cant manage to change it conditionaly.. ive tryed the dtl if statement and with scritps... can some one give me an example?
