Migration Error

dear community,
i have migrated otrs 2.4.7 to otrs 3.1.5 and getting following error when i am clicking on empty answer after locking a ticket.

did you follow all migration steps from 2.4 -> 3.0 -> 3.1?

Actual 3.1. version is 3.1.7

yes, i followed all the steps.

I migrated 2.4.7 to 3.0.1 then 3.0.1 to 3.1.5
you mean that i should migrate 3.0.1 to 3.1.7 ?

you always should use the latest version of a minor release

2.4.12 -> 3.0.13 -> 3.1.7

on a patchlevel update there are no database scripts
