Hi!
I would like to be able to edit existing articles.
The scenario is that we use OTRS to handle orders to our IT-department, and some of them are complex and will take several days to deliver.
During the progress we will type down what we have done, and in the end we have all the information (ex install notes) in the OTRS ticket.
Unfortunately the information now is divided into several articles, and we would like to ha all the information in only one article.
Is this possible? Any ideas?
Best regards
/Magnus

Not out of the box, but you can print the entire ticket.

Thanks for your reply!
We are trying that today, but the information is to much fragmented and we would like to avoid using som other tool for just this part.
Can you create a "big" freetextfield that could be used instead?
Tanks
