HI, i set up a task in GenericAgent in OTRS 3.1.6 with schedule minutes but it can't auto run. How can i do? help me!

please aso fill your signature with OTRS version, Daabase and operating system

I'am server admin. I setup OTRS 3.1.6 on Window Server 2003. But when i set GenericAgent, it can't not run automatically. So, i don't know how can i do to fix it. pls help me!

is the cron prozess runing?

all's running normal . only genericAgent can't run auto

check if cronW service is running

if yes rebuild your cron jobs with the OTRS restart script
