I need to know if there is some possibility of integrating OTRS with other trouble ticketing system.
Our clients have a central ticketing system (i.e. Sharepoint, but it could be also Remedy or some other) and they would to import, in real time, a serie of information about the ticket (created in their system), into our OTRS ticketing system (version 2.2.4).
There is some ITSM component, or some plug-in or add-ons that natively aloow to approch this argument?
Or it is necessary to devolop a custom application, like a web services?
