I just download free OTRS trial, does it has the same functions on the paid one?

there is no paid or trial version.

OTRS is open source and additionally you can download Core and modules for free.

Just services and feature add ons are charged
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
