Iphone configuration

hi Experts!

we have installed otrs3.0.11 on linux.I want to access current url from iphone.so please suggest me where to configure in OTRS application?

please explain you problem more clearly
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

hi!
i want to access current url (i.e.https://xx.xx.xx.xx/otrs/index.pl) from iphone.let me know can i get same user interface as shown in below image?

the image is an app. You need to install the iphone app

You also need to install the iphone interface in OTRS via Package Manager
