The information you gave me seems to be incomplete how to fix. If it's verbatim, you have made that line and it's invalid.
(There's not enough information to troubleshoot, but it seems as if a restart of apache (might) fix it.)

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
