ITSM & software CI class

I've just installed OTRS 2.1.7 & ITSM as we're looking for a better helpdesk solution that is ITIL v3 compliant.

I'm reading the manual too but will know-doubt have a raft of questions .....

If I add adobe standard as a software CI with 2 licences and add these licences, how can I link the licences to 2 PCs...if I try and add Adobe standard to a 3rd PC, will an error appear saying the kicence key has already been added ?
