i want to install OTRS 3.1.5, but in my server we already have Apache, i can install OTRS without the apache? or if i install complete OTRS, i can uninstall only the apache?

Yes, you can install using the INSTALL instructions.
Download source, extract ...
check your Modules:
otrs/bin/otrs.CheckModules.pl
install what's required/missing
read README.webserver and README.database
