Installation on Godaddy help

I would like to install OTRS and ITSM onto my Godaddy hosting space. I was told this is possible but I cannot find any documentation on it, can someone please point me in the right direction?

for installation you need shell access in most cases root access

If you have root and shell access (you can't ftp dump this) you should be able to install per instructions.

have a look on the INSTALL file
use the tar.gz
