[SOLVED] Users with RO permission can't be made Responsible?

Hi;
This is my case: We have a queue where some users have RW access and other users have RO access (though they can read, create, add notes).
What we want do to is: When a ticket arrives, the users with RW access may try to solve the ticket, taking ownership and responsibility of it OR they may pass it away to the RO users, changing the responsibility of the ticket.
The problem is: When we try to change the responsible of the ticket, the Change Responsible of Ticket Screen only allows us to choose users with RW access to the queue, not the other users with RO access.

Is this possible to implement?

you need to assign the responsible permision

How do I do that? The only permission I can set is the "Owner" permission, but turning it ON does not influence the responsibility. I still cannot change the responsibility (and only the responsibility) with Owner permission set to ON.
