last message received status

Hi There

im fairly new to otrs so please bear with me. we are using 3.1.7 and i would like to change the dashboard screen so that the last message in a ticket or the last person that updated the ticket is displayed

currently under the open tickets we have
priority new message flag ticket number ticket subject ticket age.

what i would like is the above but with the extra column that says last updated by...... then either the agent or customers name.

is this possibly it would be nice to have a description of the last update ie note, email etc

can anyone please help me to achieve this

this is not possible via configuration. you need to change the code of the dashlet (DashboardTicketGeneric.pm) and the Template file

no, you have to read the devel book (docs.otrs.org), the module and the API (dev.otrs.org)
