Is it possible to configure OTRS to send the contents of a note as part of an automated email?
What I want to do is have an email triggered by the entry of a note with the subject of ILxx (xx being a number)
and when this happens the content of the note is emailed to a group of people.
I know that this can be acheived via the stored email replies etc but was wondering if there was an automated way to do it.
