GenericAgent Schedule issue

Hello All,

I have configured GenericAgent job to set SLA for specific criteria i.e. priority and queue type. Now when customer create a ticket with mentioned criteria, and at the scheduled interval for GenericAgent, SLA is not getting set automatically.

However at the same time If i run the job manually, SLA is getting set as configured. Can anybody help in resolving this issue?

Also Is there any way I can specify the schedule less that 10 mins for each GenericAgent Job ?

If you want GenericAgent to be faster, you may want to program an event or an ACL rather than schedule a lot of do-nothings.
