replace skins/Agent/default/img/stars.png
stars-red.png

Thanks for your reply. I was looking for info on how to change the color of the star and not the location. Please kindly show me how do chnage the color. thanks.

crytias already gave the correct answer as the stars are a css sprite
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
