Dynamic Page Not Loading and throwing error 500

I recently installed otrs 3.1.4 with itsm packages and after configuring CMDB, i found that DynamicField Page isn't loading and throwing error 500.
when i am trying to click on Dynamic Fields which is in ticket settings as administrator, it is throwing the error Internal Server error. to be frank, I didnt changed any sort of pm modules or dtl files related to the Dynamic Fields. Please help me.
