Hello all!
the situation is so: customer sent an email to support@... .com with the problem. Messages from this email are sent to queue.
Is there any way to automatically create an client account by using email of sender and auto-generated password?
This is needed because when client is sent the message to support they cannot see the status of the ticket because they are not registered as client.

I understand your request, but there is another point of view that random people who send you email aren't customers...
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Create a ticket event (programming) to do that.

I did ticket event for mine and it does the job. You should try it.
