Hi,
I'm just new to OTRS and trying to configure the first wireframe structure.
In this, I get/send my requests/answers via e-mail. From the reply form, I understand
that the mails sent are in HTML format. However, I would like to send them in
plain text. How can I configure the reply accordingly?

Then you have to deactivate the RichText setting in "SysConfig" (Admin -> SysConfig). Search for "RichText"... I do not know the setting name atm.
