Hallo,
kennt jemand eine Möglichkeit für den Download von Attachments den Mimetype zu setzen? Da der Download ja durch OTRS und nicht den Apache initiiert wird hilft da auch kein AddType.
Beispiel-URL:
https://HOST/otrs/index.pl/irgendetwas. ... 9;FileID=3
Für alle Dateien die auf .EXT enden soll ein spezieller Mimetype gesetzt werden.

Dazu musst Du Kernel::Modules::AgentTicketAttachment anpassen...
