Additional customer information

I wonder if the OTRS can store additional information about the customer. When our company makes agreement with a client it creates poroject documentation for this customer. This documentation includes the most important thing about agreement. It is possible to sore this documentation in OTRS and provide acces to this data with OTRS?

Thanks for quick reply. I was considering this solution, but this is still partial way. Maybe is there some extensions for OTRS, that can help improve functionality customer information panel?

you can just add ne fields to the table
