Can not access OTRS on the Internet

Can not access OTRS on the Internet

I deployed an OTRS helpdesk system on my intranet, and configure PAT on my router, but I still can not access OTRS system on the Internet. I am not sure if I missed some key configuration, anyone could give me some information? Thanks.

check your network settings on your intranet box
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
