Response - Close ticket problem

Hello,

we have created autoresponse mail when new ticket arrives to be sent to agent and customer and containing numerous parameters including <OTRS_CUSTOMER_EMAIL> which displays ticket text.

It works well when customer send new ticket. Both customer and agents receive mail that displays well this parameter.

We also want to have ticket text in close ticket response which we created and also put parameter <OTRS_CUSTOMER_EMAIL> but this time it doesnt work, it displays html tags and ticket text.

We tried numerous parameters but nothing provided ticket text in plain when closing ticket.

How could we solve this problem?

(Frankly, I don't bother too much with the response as I put the stuff in my signature.)
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

please open another thread with your exact problem. Please ensure that you are using the latest patchlevel of your OTRS version or much better the latest stable version of OTRS
