How to show queues in customer screen

Hello,

I have created several QUEUES and GROUPS in OTRS 3.1.7. I have configured each group to below to a certain queues. My issue is that the queues that were created does not appear in the customer "To:" selection drop box when creating a new ticket.The selection only includes Junk, Misc, Postmaster and Raw.

Customers are default members of the "users" group. If you want the queues to show up for a customer, you will need to make sure the agents and queues are members of "users".

Agents will have access to the queues in the groups they have ro or rw membership, though they can't be easily assigned tickets they have ro membership.

If you want to segregate agents between queues/groups, you will want to enable customer group support if you wish the customers to also have membership in queues [certain] Agents do not. Then, use CustomerGroupsAlwaysGroups in Config.pm to make sure Customers are members of all the groups of which they should see queues.

I would recommend you do not use customer based queues (use services instead) viewtopic.php?f=53&t=16064
