Outbound Email Issues on new install

Hello,

we just installed OTRS for the first time and after playing around with it for a bit it looks really good. One thing im struggling to do is get emails to send when using the "-Reply-" function. I have used telnet to confirm my connection to the SMTP server is ok and in the logs....

[Fri Aug 10 15:03:53 2012][Notice][Kernel::System::Ticket::Article::ArticleSend] Sent email to 'recipient@domain,' from 'Sender <sender@domain.co.uk>'. HistoryType => SendAnswer, Subject => Re: [Ticket#2012080910000393] TEST;

Nope. Check spam filters and junk on recipient inbox. Check SPF records. The log entry you showed means that the message is successfully sent.
