Hi All,
We integrated nagios with otrs it is working fine it creates tickets and closes it.
But the acknowledgment part is not working.
As of my knowledge the otrs triggers acknowledgment to nagios when the ticket gets locked.
I tried to lock the ticket bt nothing happened i checked in the syslog bt nothing is there regarding acknowledgment.
Any help is appreciated in resolving this

PS: The otrs version We use is 3.1.2 , system monitoring version 2.3.2

I had a similar issue, and it was due to me not using the default regex for finding hosts/services.
The way I fixed it was by looking at the Nagios logs to see what was coming into the command interface vs what happens when I went through the Nagios UI directly and tweaked accordingly.
