Hello,
We would like to develop new features in OTRS. Do we need to start developpement with the OTRS Dev version ? or we can take the stable version ?
I didn't see any dev version available for download on OTRS web site.

I would recommend to develop using the latest stable version but keeping an eye on the CVS version for future changes.
