i am getting ticket no 7 digit and 8 digit, why it is not unique......
Ticked Created: 07/18/2012 09:56 has ticket number TT#10250295 (8 digit)
Ticked Created: 08/20/2012 14:27 has ticket number TT#1073261(7 digit)
Ticked Created: 08/21/2012 00:21 has ticket number TT#10139912(8 digit)
