Hi All,
We are having a set up of otrs 3.1.5 integrated with our servers. Currently we are facing some issues in the application. am listing those issues below.
1. Merging template is not showing the correct information. Fro ex: The sender email shown is some email address, say, xyz.com
but the email body shows the name of the customer instead of xyz,com name.
2. Ticket number is not auto-displaying on the email body.
3. When the ticket is updated inside otrs, the ticket is getting automatically-closed although the owner is just updating it.
Please help us in getting a solution to these issues.
