id verloren / cant connect to mysql?

hallo

wieder mein "geerbtes" otrs... nichts wurde geändert oder gemacht (am system)
seit heute gibts massig diese fehler..
[Wed Aug 22 14:04:13 2012] -e: DBI connect('otrs','otrs_production',...) failed: Access denied for user 'otrs_production'@'localhost' <- mysql auf der cli ausprobiert mit den pwd/id gehts! ich weis nicht wieso er sagt access denied. ein "show processlist" zeigt auch eingeloggte user...

und was hat das mit "need ticket number / need ticket id" auf sich?

für jegliche erleuchtung bin ich dankbar.

Hatte auch mal so was ähnliches.

Im Errorlog steht das hier: Try: $OTRS_HOME/bin/otrs.SetPermissions.pl !!!\n
Und Access denied lässt daraufhin schliessen dass der otrs-user wohl hier keine benötigten Rechte hat. Ich würd mal die SetPermissions.pl neu starten.
