[SOLVED] Add a freetext on ticket notes
Is it possible to add a freetext on a ticket note on OTRS 3.0.7??? If so, where can I find that option? I've been looking trough the SysConfig to no avail .

Ticket free text options shown in the ticket note screen of the agent interface. Possible settings: 0 = Disabled, 1 = Enabled, 2 = Enabled and required.
