I am using OTRS 3.1 is there any feature for the drop down / Ajax for Country Selection in Customer Creation.
And if not, is there any alternative through which we can achieve that.

And also would request you to please provide me the Time Zone Details used in OTRS 3.1.

Without development (own or paid), not. You can configure out the countries you do not want to use.

And also would request you to please provide me the Time Zone Details used in OTRS 3.1.

What do you need to know here? I do not understand the question.
