I am using OTRS 3.1, is there any feature that get popup or generates some alerts.
Example:
The customer has raised one ticket.. And the Support people locks the ticket and calls the client or emails the client for resolution. Now, the customer / client says that they are doing some activity or they want that support guys should start the solutions or take the access to resolve the problem after some interval (lets says after 2 hours). So customer want that support guys should start the troubleshooting after 2 hours, so is there any popup / alert generation feature in OTRS 3.1 that should generate a alert / popup after 2 hour.
