Hi
I want to know if there's a way to have the problem description, which is usually the 1st article of a ticket, to be extracted when generating stats or doing searches. Currently only the title is available.
The previous application we were using allowed us to extract ticket details such as:
1. #
2. Date created
3. Date closed
4. Title
5. Ticket Description
6. Resolution details
7. etc
Thanks for help

no. If you want a summary, create it as a Dynamic Field and export that.

enable the dynamic field in the ticket close screen from within SysConfig.
Edit Config Settings in Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewClose
Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketClose###DynamicField
