Hi,
I cannot find how to set permission to agents for adding note, closing ticket etc... without ticket ownership. Thanks for the ideas!

this is dependend on permissions on screen settings vis sysconfig
Per default they can add notes without beeing owner

group membership permissions, too.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

You can't close the ticket if you're not the owner.
